Stephen Rubenstein, vice president of LRA Property Management of Glendale, has successfully completed the five courses required to be certified by the California Assn. of Community Managers. Rubenstein is a former executive director of the Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce.
* Rodrigo Rivera has joined Ventura-based IPC Systems Engineering as a senior designer. Rivera has spent 17 years as a senior piping designer, working on fossil-fuel plants, nuclear power plants and cogenerating facilities.
IPC provides consulting engineering services for manufacturing and processing industries in the U.S. and abroad. It has offices in Los Angeles, San Diego and Sacramento.
