Ice Dogs Tie It, Then Are Beaten

Paul Dyck scored the winning goal with less than five minutes to go as the Houston Aeros defeated the Long Beach Ice Dogs, 5-4, Saturday in International Hockey League play at Long Beach.
The Ice Dogs (18-12-3) overcame a two-goal, third-period deficit when Doug Ast scored twice in a 4:30 span to tie the score, 4-4.
Houston improved to 18-9-3.
