Project Cuddle Needs Donations for Party

Organizers with the local charity, Project Cuddle, say the group “desperately needs” gifts to give teenage boys at its Christmas party Sunday for abused and abandoned children.
Boys from the ages of 13 to 18 can receive clothing, tickets to sporting events, videos, sporting equipment, radios, compact discs and other presents. Batteries would help too.
Gifts for girls also are needed. Project cuddle will host 450 children at the seventh annual Christmas party.
Gifts or money donations can be taken to Project Cuddle, 1075 Corona Lane. The agency also will pick them up from residents who cannot arrange transportation.
