Ramirez on Reno

Not only is Michael Ramirez wrong about Janet Reno (a starchily independent attorney general) when he represents her as President Clinton’s pet poodle lifting her leg against the statue of justice (Dec. 15), but, what is worse, he is wrong about the poodle’s anatomy. A female poodle would not lift its leg to relieve itself.

I find it ironic that Ramirez portrays Reno as Clinton’s dog when Ramirez is so obviously the lap dog of the rabid far right.

It is obvious that Ramirez has a dislike for the president. Being clever is one thing, but being disrespectful was just in bad taste.
