This year’s theme is “Arts in Harmony.” Artists, teachers and event board members will judge poster submissions mailed before Jan. 22.
The winning entry will be displayed at the May 9-24 art festival and permanently at the arts center and in promotional material. Runners-up will hang in the Mission Viejo Library.
Children in grades K-12 are eligible. Entries must incorporate the theme. Watercolor, oils, pastels, tempera, pen and ink are among acceptable mediums. All styles, from real to abstract, are allowed. There is no size limit.
