Yes, in response to inquiries from readers after Pop Eye’s list last week of artists eligible this year for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, these other artists are among the scores of acts eligible for induction this year: Blind Faith; Derek & the Dominos; Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young; 10cc, and Pat Boone.
But no, Bruce Springsteen won’t be eligible for induction until 1998 and Metallica until 2006.
Finally, Pink Floyd was incorrectly included on Pop Eye’s eligibility list last week. The band was inducted in 1996.
