Man Kills Self at Gun Range

SAN ANTONIO, Texas — A 78-year-old man killed himself at a shooting range after renting a gun and taking a lesson in how to use it, officials said Friday.
Ira Steward shot himself in the head Thursday as soon as his instructor left him alone. “We’ve been in business for over 30 years and nothing like this has ever happened,” said Mike McDonald, manager of A Place To Shoot.
