Sea-Pac Construction in Reseda was awarded a contract for $567,312 from Ventura County to develop the Arroyo Simi wetland. The project, at Gabbert Channel on Arroyo Simi in Moorpark, involves development of 4 1/2 acres of wetland, including rock riprap bank protection. The work is scheduled to begin this month and be completed Feb. 6.
* Ontic Engineering & Manufacturing Inc. of North Hollywood won a $120,330 contract from Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma for engine accessories, and a $43,365 contract from Hill Air Force Base in Utah for aircraft components and accessories.
* Bradley Environmental Services in La Verne was awarded a contract for $92,924 from Ventura County to replace an underground fuel tank at the Hall of Administration in Ventura. The work involves replacement of an aged steel tank with a fiberglass tank to meet state regulations. The work is scheduled to begin Oct. 21 and be completed Dec. 11.
* Datron / Trasco Inc. of Simi Valley won an $86,970 contract from the Defense Supply Center in Columbus, Ohio, for communication, detection and coherent radiation equipment.
* Lockheed Martin in Sunnyvale won a $42,000 contract from the Naval Satellite Operations Center in Point Mugu for research and development.
* Litton Systems Inc. of Agoura Hills won a $31,500 contract from the Defense Supply Center in Columbus, Ohio, for digital microcircuits.
* Glenair Inc. of Glendale won a $29,801 contract from the Defense Supply Center in Columbus, Ohio, for electrical and electronic equipment components.
* Senior Flexonics Inc. of Burbank won a $25,625 contract from the Defense Supply Center in Columbus, Ohio, for tube elbows.
