Calvary Chapel Dealt First Loss of Season

ONTARIO — Ryan Fuqua’s 81-yard touchdown run sparked Ontario Christian to a 14-10 victory over previously unbeaten Calvary Chapel in an Olympic League football game Friday at Ontario Christian.
Fuqua, a sophomore, rushed for 198 yards and scored two touchdowns for the Knights. His 81-yard run with 4:58 left in the third quarter helped Ontario Christian improve to 2-0 in the Olympic League.
Calvary Chapel (5-1-1, 1-1) had a 10-7 lead at halftime after an 18-yard field goal by John Linzey in the first quarter and a one-yard touchdown run by Richard Hanley, midway through the second quarter.
