Woman Killed, Pilot Hurt When Jet Crashes

OSHKOSH, Wis. — A two-seat training jet crashed Sunday in a residential area, killing a woman passenger trapped inside the burning wreckage.
“She was screaming, but none of us could get close to her because the flames were so big,” said Randy Hayes, one of dozens of people who tried to help.
The pilot, who climbed out of the plane, was in critical condition. No one on the ground was injured.
