O.J. Simpson’s 29-year-old daughter was sentenced to two days in jail, fined $2,810 and ordered to participate in an alcohol-abuse treatment program after she pleaded no contest Monday to driving while under the influence of alcohol.
Prosecutors said Arnelle Simpson admitted to driving with a blood-alcohol level of 0.20%, more than twice the threshold level of 0.08%.
She was arrested April 4 and hospitalized for injuries after her convertible ran into a bus bench and then crashed through an apartment wall in Beverly Hills.
Deputy Dist. Atty. Laura Maglinger said Arnelle Simpson had another drunken driving conviction in 1993.
