Los Angeles County Supervisor Don Knabe and County Librarian Sandra Reuben will join Diamond Bar City Council members in presiding over the grand reopening of the local county library branch today.
The library at 1061 S. Grand Ave. was closed from May 1 to last month for extensive renovation.
The facility was carpeted, and new tiles and lighting tracks were installed. It was also painted throughout, library officials said.
Today’s dedication ceremony starts at 10 a.m. and the public is invited.
The library is open from noon to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday. It is closed on Sunday.
