Death of Toddler Spurs Investigation

Police are investigating the Tuesday death of a 2-year-old girl who had been hospitalized since last week.
The girl, Alethea Ta, was brought from her home in Westminster to the emergency room at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital and Medical Center on July 22, Det. Richard Mize said. Alethea was unconscious and had multiple head injuries, he said.
