Fire Stations to Hold Open House Saturday
- Share via
If you’ve ever wondered what’s inside Orange County fire stations, Saturday’s countywide open house is the time to find out.
The Orange County Fire Authority is opening all its stations from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Some will be showing off firetrucks and various firefighting gear. Others will offer demonstrations and safety programs.
The open house is part of Fire Service Recognition Week, time set aside in 1968 by President Lyndon B. Johnson to honor the nation’s firefighters.
For the nearest station, call (714) 744-0496 or check out the fire authority’s Web page: https://www.ocfa.org
