“Managing the Growing Pains of a Start-Up,” sponsored by Central Coast MIT Enterprise Forum, will be held from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Oxnard Hilton, 600 E. Esplanade Drive, Oxnard. The panel will address fund-raising needs, staffing, managing sales growth and growth roadblocks.
