To the California Public Utilities Commission:
My latest Southern California Edison electric bill includes an $8.70 credit for the legislated 10% rate reduction. It also includes an $11.73 charge to “recover the financing cost associated with the required 10% rate reduction.”
In other words, the 10% savings actually increased my bill by $3.03!
Do you idiots really believe that’s what the Legislature had in mind when it passed the law?
