Furon Co. of Laguna Niguel said it has completed its acquisition of privately held Corotec GmbH, a medical-device supplier based in Germany. Terms of the cash deal weren’t disclosed.
Furon said Corotec has annual sales of about $20 million. Furon, which makes engineered polymer components for the industrial and health-care markets, had sales of $486 million for the year ended Jan. 31.
