Huntington Beach and neighboring city residents can get an early jump on the gift-giving season at the ultra-low flush toilet giveaway.
It runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the Huntington Beach water operations yard, 19001 Huntington St. People sure they will have their new toilets installed within a month are eligible for up to three ultra-low flush toilets.
Customers must bring a current water bill and a photo I.D. Old toilets must be returned to the water operations yard from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Jan. 8.
