Corporations Sign Lease Agreements in West Hills

Regent Properties and Shamrock Holdings said they have signed several lease agreements totaling 62,000 square feet and valued at $9.2 million at West Hills Corporate Village.
The deals include Boeing Co.’s Rocketdyne Propulsion and Power Division, which will expand from its current 170,000 square feet to 194,000 square feet.
Xerox will move from Woodland Hills into 17,177 square feet of space at the Corporate Village. Vast Wireless Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of PageNet, will relocate from Calabasas to 10,000 square feet in the complex.
