Rexhall Industries Sells Factory in Consolidation

Rexhall Industries, Lancaster, said it has sold its 97,000-square-foot factory in Elkhart, Ind., for an undisclosed sum. The company said the sale is expected to generate approximately $500,000 in pretax revenue. Rexhall has consolidated its manufacturing operations in Lancaster and plans to add 250,000 square feet to the plant.
Rexhall Industries Inc. manufactures Class-A motor homes.
