PEPPERDINE (8-4) at PACIFIC (3-6), 7 p.m.--Assuming they can forget their controversial 68-66 loss to UCLA on Tuesday, the Waves should finish their six-game road stretch with a victory. Pepperdine outplayed the Bruins, but poor shooting and a basket at the buzzer by Craig Lewis that was disallowed prevented an upset. Five Pepperdine players scored at least nine points against the Bruins, continuing a pattern of balanced scoring. Pacific has been idle since losing to Texas Pan American, 68-56, on Dec. 22.
