Two elementary schools in the Capistrano Unified School District have been selected for site visits in the National Blue Ribbons Schools Program--a step toward being named the best in the country. Moulton Elementary in Laguna Niguel and Concordia Elementary in San Clemente will be visited in the spring by representatives from the U.S. Department of Education’s review panel, who will interview education officials, students and community members about the school curriculum and programs.
