Seventeen people were appointed to the citizens Bixby Tennis Club Site Committee this week. The committee will provide recommendations to the City Council and Parks & Recreation Commission on programs and facilities that will be established at the Bixby Ranch Co.’s seven-acre tennis club. The club will be given to the city as part of the development agreement on the company’s Bixby Towne Center project.
