Franklin Resources Sells Its Apria Shares

Franklin Resources Inc. mutual fund group has unloaded its 5.15% stake in Apria Healthcare Group Inc., according to a recent regulatory report.
Franklin had held 2.67 million shares in Costa Mesa-based Apria on Sept. 30, according to a previous filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Shares of Apria, a provider of home health care services, rose 44 cents to close Friday at $11.44.
