* Folk Dance Festival-- Dancers of all levels, above, will take part in the winter folk dance festival set Sunday at the Scottish Rite Temple on North Madison in Pasadena. The program is hosted by the Pasadena Folk Dance Co-op.

* Archeology Lecture--Rock art expert Dave Whitley will discuss how Native Americans of California depicted turtles, tortoises and other reptiles in artwork Friday in the Fallbrook Mall Meeting Room in Canoga Park.

* Modelers Show--See model aircraft, military tanks, trains and demonstrations of radio-controlled blimps and boats. Friday from noon to 6 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Pasadena Center, 300 E. Green St.
