Classes for Real Estate Pros

Cal State Northridge Extension is offering several classes for real estate professionals this spring.
A mortgage finance certificate program includes “Mortgage Law and Compliance,” 7 to 9:50 p.m. Wednesdays, Feb. 10 to March 24 ($205), and “Loan Origination,” 7 to 9:50 p.m. Tuesdays, March 2 to April 27 ($235).
A real estate appraising certificate program includes “Income Property Appraisal,” 7 to 9:50 p.m. Wednesdays, Feb. 17 to April 21 ($225), and “Appraisal Report Writing,” 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Feb. 20 and 27 ($145).
Classes are held at the Northridge campus, 18111 Nordhoff St.
