Ice Dogs Lose in Utah, 5-3

The Ice Dogs gave up three unanswered goals in the second period and lost to the Utah Grizzlies, 5-3, Friday night before 10,443 in West Valley City, Utah.

The Ice Dogs (30-20-1) had a 2-1 lead entering the period before Brad Lauer, Dave Archibald and Yan Kaminski scored for Utah (21-20-5).

Sean Tallaire, Eric Manlow and Jaroslav Modry had the goals for Long Beach, which played the third game of an eight-game trip. The Ice Dogs’ next game is next Friday in Cincinnati.
