Telenetics Completes Acquisition of Supplier

Telenetics Corp., a Lake Forest maker of data-communications products, said Friday it completed its acquisition of Sunnyvale General Devices and Instruments Inc., a Reno supplier of communications and network products for the traffic-management industry. Financial terms were not disclosed.
General Devices, which will become part of Telenetics’ Traffic Management Systems, earned about $350,000 on revenue of about $3.4 million in the 12 months ended June 30, Telenetics said.
