Houston Company Plans to Acquire T/O Printing

Consolidated Graphics Inc. said it signed a letter of intent to acquire commercial printing company T/O Printing, Westlake Village, for an undisclosed sum. The management team of Gary Polson and Michael Scher will remain with the company.

Consolidated Graphics, based in Houston, said it would have companies in 26 states with revenues in excess of $630 million upon completion of pending acquisitions.
