Herley Subsidiary Awarded Record Contract

Herley Industries Inc., Lancaster, announced that its subsidiary, General Microwave-Israel, has been awarded approximately $2 million in commercial contracts from a European customer to manufacture microwave oscillator integrated assemblies. The company said the contract is the largest it has garnered for the devices, which are used in test and measurement instrumentation applications for oil tankers.
Herley manufactures command and control systems and microwave communications components for the defense, aerospace and space launch industries.
