A Tustin High School senior was chosen to become the new student member of the Tustin Unified School District Board of Education. Christine Dang will serve a one-year term that ends in June 2000, replacing Corie Rosen, who recently graduated from Foothill High School. Though she will serve in a nonvoting position on the board, Dang will relay information and offer suggestions to the board regarding students’ needs and concerns.
