The Lake Forest seller of collectible gifts, toy-related merchandise and jewelry said it lost $1.2 million, or 3 cents a share, in the third quarter, compared with a net loss of $1.7 million, or 9 cents a share, for the like period last year.
Revenue fell 41% to $9.3 million. The company attributed the sales decline primarily to short-term liquidity problems and production delays resulting from an involuntary bankruptcy petition filed against it in August by three Asian creditors.
