Pacific Marine Repair Wins Service Award

Pacific Marine Repair of Ventura was one of 56 Suzuki dealers nationwide to win the 1999 Super Service Award from Suzuki Marine.
Each of Suzuki’s dealerships was monitored throughout the year in numerous areas, including management, training, customer relations, facilities and parts support. To win the service award, a dealer had to place in the top 10% nationally in 57 performance categories.
“Every year, our dealers improve their service departments and the competition gets tougher and tougher,” said Jim Kirkland, national service manager for Suzuki Marine.
“We’re proud of Pacific Marine Repair for its commitment to superior customer satisfaction and for going the extra mile to provide attentive and knowledgeable service.”
