Fillmore Buys Buildings From Citrus Association

The city of Fillmore has purchased three buildings from Fillmore Piru Citrus Assn. for $1.1 million.
The buildings, totaling 58,609 square feet, are at 455 N. A St. in Fillmore.
The association will move to a new site. Daum Commercial Real Estate Services represented the association in the transaction. The city of Fillmore represented itself.
