On a 4-0 vote, with Councilwoman Laurann Cook absent, the City Council scheduled a public hearing for the Five Year Implementation Plan for the City Center and Industrial Area Redevelopment projects. The plan will explain costs and goals of programs to eliminate blight and increase and improve the supply of low-income housing.
