The 35th annual Halloween Howl will take place Saturday from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Stanton Cultural Arts and Recreation Center, 7800 Katella Ave. Activities will include games, a costume parade and prizes for all who attend. Information: (714) 379-9222, Ext. 270.
