Commercial Real Estate : Forum to Focus on State of Office Market

Experts in office and industrial real estate will review the current state of the market and discuss its outlook at the annual Fall Forum of the National Assn. of Office and Industrial Parks at 6 p.m. Sept. 23 at the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills.
Forum participants will include top executives from real estate investment trusts, development firms, property managers, private investors, lenders and others involved in the development and management of office and industrial properties. Topics will range from specific deals to general trends and will include discussions on sources and availability of capital. The forum will be sponsored by E&Y; Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group and moderated by Stephen J. Duffy, Western U.S. head of consulting for Leventhal.
