The City Council recently approved parking restrictions on residential streets near San Clemente High School. A lack of parking spaces at the school has caused many students to park in the neighborhood streets, leaving many residents upset by traffic and trash problems. The restrictions would place a two-hour limit between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. on eight streets around the school. Information: (949) 361-8200.
