Canyons 23, Citrus 13--Valley College transfer Travis Winn completed 19 of 29 passes for 322 yards and three touchdowns as the visiting Cougars rolled in the second half in a nonconference victory.
Winn connected with Mark Hamilton for seven catches for 179 yards and two touchdowns.
Canyons scored all of its points in the second half, the final score coming on Hamilton’s 79-yard touchdown with 2:22 to play.
Citrus limited the Cougars to 22 yards rushing. Winn was sacked eight times.
