Two developers will present their proposals to build multiplex theaters in the city at a public hearing Tuesday at City Hall.
Developers Victor Georgino and Old Town San Fernando Valley Partners will offer details of their plans to help revitalize the downtown area.
“The city is considering both of them,” said John Ornelas, San Fernando administrator. “At this hearing they will have the opportunity to present their offers to the public and the City Council.”
On Oct. 4, the City Council will select the contractor to build the multiplex theater complex, which is also expected to include retail outlets.
Tuesday’s hearing will begin at 7 p.m. in City Council chambers, 117 Macneil St.
