Construction has begun on Harbor Boulevard at Chapman Avenue and will continue through the first week of May. Work will include street widening, landscaping, irrigation, and storm drain and traffic signal improvements and will take place from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. During construction, traffic will be reduced to one lane on Chapman Avenue and two lanes on Harbor Boulevard. The $775,770 project, funded through federal grants, was awarded to R.J. Noble Co. of Orange by the City Council last month.
