The City Council will decide tonight whether to commission a study of two possible sites for the Boys & Girls Club expansion. City Hall and Arovista parks were identified as the top contenders; the city will also look for a possible third location. Councilman Roy Moore has suggested the club add on to its facility on Sievers Street using a piece of land from a neighboring driving range.
