Cal State Fullerton will present a luncheon and news conference, “Vietnamese Americans: An Assessment 25 Years After the Fall of Saigon,” at 11 a.m. today at the Grand Garden restaurant in Little Saigon, 8894 Bolsa Ave., Westminster.
