Diodes Acquires Fab Tech, a Semiconductor Supplier

Diodes Inc. in Westlake Village has acquired Fab Tech Inc., a semiconductor wafer foundry in Lee’s Summit, Mo., for about $25 million.

The terms of the deal include the assumption of about $19 million in debt and a cash payment of $6 million to parent company Lite-On Power Semiconductor Corp.

Diodes Inc. manufactures and supplies discrete semiconductors for communications, electronics, computers and vehicles.
