In other Irvine World News tournament games:

Northwood 70, Irvine 62--Adam Roggero had 24 points and Rob Selway had 17 for Northwood (9-2) in the third-place game. Sohrab Tahvildaran had 15 points for Irvine (7-4).

Dana Hills 54, Huntington Beach 43--Travis Nelson scored 13 points and Mike Rush and Shane Del Rosaro each scored 12 for Dana Hills (7-5) in the consolation final.

In the Arroyo Grande tournament:

Arroyo Grande 70, Ocean View 51--With the score tied, 40-40, late in the third quarter, Arroyo Grande went on a 9-0 run and won the title. Torin Beeler had 18 points and 10 rebounds for Ocean View (7-2), ranked sixth in the county.

Phil Johnson, who was named tournament MVP, scored 17 points for Arroyo Grande (9-0).

In the Trabuco Hills tournament:

Santa Margarita 74, Carson 49--Brandon Rohe made seven three-pointers and finished with 31 points for Santa Margarita, which cruised to the championship.

Lenny Collins scored 14 points for the Eagles (11-0), who are ranked second in the county.

Laguna Hills 80, Trabuco Hills 71--Chris Lee scored 30 points for Laguna Hills (9-5) in the third-place game.
