The Chamber of Commerce will hold a luncheon Thursday featuring a speech by Arnold Landau, district supervisor for the U.S. Census Bureau, at Adventure City, 10120 Beach Blvd. The luncheon begins at noon and costs $10 in advance, $12 at the door.
