The city showcased its new Cultural Arts Center with a reception Wednesday night. The facility, at 280 E. Lincoln Ave., will provide a home and studio space for the Anaheim Ballet and office and storage space for the Anaheim Arts Council. The opening featured speeches by city officials and a short performance by the ballet troupe.
