Maker of Blimps Changes Its Name

Globalock Corp., a Costa Mesa maker of helium, cold-air and remote-controlled blimps, said Thursday that it has changed its name to American Inflatables Inc.
The company, which also picked up a new ticker symbol, BLMP, said it changed its name to give the financial market a better reflection of its core business.
American Inflatables also said that Jeffrey Jacobson, chief operating officer of CanAm Marketing Group LLC, was added to its board of directors Thursday.
