Here’s the odds-on favorite to be the most embarrassing album to have in your collection in a few years. And it’s not just because of the international hit “Blue (Da Ba Dee)”--the singsongy, electro-pop tale of an azure alien. The Italian trio’s debut actually has songs even more annoying and banal, most, like the hit, abusing the Vocoder voice effect (a la Cher’s “Believe.”)
