Beverly Hills Firm to Buy ThemeWare

ThemeWare Corp., a Newport Beach consumer and small-business Internet company, has agreed to be acquired by a Beverly Hills company in a stock swap valued at $135 million.
Inc.ubator Capital Inc., a specialized Internet holding company formerly known as Shanecy Inc., said this week that it will buy ThemeWare and invest $5 million in cash in the operation over the next year.
Besides providing Internet services for small-business owners, ThemeWare’s key product is the Internet Tool Box, a multimedia kit that teaches the basics of using the Internet.
